Connie
Roberts, Manager
Connie has been in property management for over 16 years
managing a variety of properties including Condominiums,
market rentals, cooperatives, tax credit sites, HOME programs
along with Section 8 and USDA government housing. As a graduate
from Franklin Pierce College, Connie brings with her the
management skills along with accounting background to successfully
manage a diversified portfolio and is currently working
with the rental and condominium program at Harvard Management.
Connie is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire
and is currently working towards the IREM CPM designation.
Melissa
Graves, Manager
Melissa has been in the Real Estate industry for 10 years.
She has strong customer service skills and has also worked
for a small property management company handling their day
to day tasks as well as their accounting. Melissa is a licensed
Real Estate professional that worked for one of the largest,
most successful real estate firms in the Southern New Hampshire
area before coming to Harvard. Melissa looks forward to
servicing her past and future clients for both their Real
Estate and Property Management needs.
David
Bongiovanni, President
As the President of HMC Realty and Harvard Management Solutions,
David has over 25 years experience in real estate and facilities
management. A graduate of the University of Maine, he has
also completed graduate-level courses in management at the
University of New Hampshire. David began his work in facility
management in student housing management, receiving management
awards form the University of New Hampshire and University
of Maine for his notable contributions at these institutions.
 In
1984 he moved into managing a regional portfolio of housing
for the elderly before advancing to real estate development,
construction and management. Harvard Management was launched
in 1985 under David's sound professional leadership, followed
by the founding of HMC Realty in 1991. Both companies have
grown into highly regarded full-service management firms.
